1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of The Sawdust Society ("we", "us", "our"), the seller and provider of this service. By using the service or purchasing a membership, you are entering into an agreement with us and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or completing a purchase, you accept these terms.
3. The service
We provide downloadable woodworking templates, written guides, and video walkthroughs to members. New themed bundles are released monthly.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or harassment
- infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property
- resell, redistribute, or sub-license our templates and guides
- probe, scan, or otherwise interfere with the security of the service
5. Intellectual property
All templates, guides, videos, and branding remain our property. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the templates for your own woodworking projects, including selling the physical items you build from them.
6. Service level
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Payment, billing, refunds and cancellations
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are handled directly by Stripe — we do not see or store them. See our Refund Policy for our refund window. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime from your member portal.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
